Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio’s roasting style brings these influences together by combining fruity notes traditionally found in the North of Italy with cocoa notes from the South, culminating in a velvety, dense and creamy cup.

Origin
Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio is a blend of Latin American Arabicas centered around an inherently malty Costa Rican coffee. All the other coffees used are also Arabica, and that unified taste is as magnetic as Florence during the Renaissance.

Roasting
We crafted Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio to pay tribute to the culture of this city which draws from the light North to the dark South. An intense roast of the coffee beans develops the distinct characteristics of each of Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio’s coffees. It may be a blend, but it seeks to let each coffee shine in the cup. The malty aroma turns into the cocoa notes that give this espresso its gravitas.
