Do I need to create a new account on the website?
No, you don't need to create a new account. Your old account has been migrated to the new system.
Will my password change?
Your password remains the same as before. However, for enhanced security, we recommend that you change your password after logging in to the new website for the first time.
What should I do after logging in to the new website?
After logging in, please double-check your shipping address and other personal information (including changing your password) to ensure accuracy.
Where can I find my old products?
All your old products have been transferred to the new website. You can find them by name or product category.

What are your delivery terms?
Nespresso makes every possible effort to ensure deliveries in the Ho Chi Minh City area within 1- 2 working days, to Provincial areas within 3 – 5 working days, and to Out of Delivery Zones within 3 – 5 working days via courier hub pick-up, after order has been confirmed. Working days for Nespresso Vietnam are defined as Mondays to Saturdays.
If no one is available to receive order upon delivery, the courier will inform Nespresso. A Coffee Specialist will get in touch with you to schedule the date of your preferred delivery. You will be charged a delivery fee upon the 3rd attempt.
How can I return goods?
We will, at our discretion, accept returns or exchange of goods (excluding coffee & other consumables) within 48 hours from goods receipt only if:
(1) the product is damaged before receipt of the same by you, or (2) there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery, and provided always
that (i) such product is still in its original package, and (ii) is accompanied by the relevant original invoice issued within the same country.
For food safety requirements, no refund or exchange will be given for consumables (e.g. coffee and sugar).
Why are the capsules sold in quantities of 10?
Nespresso coffee is packaged in sleeves which contains 10 capsules of the same blend. The price on the website is for each sleeve or the total price of 10 capsules.

How long is the Nespresso warranty?
All Nespresso machines and Aeroccino purchased from Nespresso Vietnam are covered with 2-year warranty based on the purchase date. Provided if the machine is not damaged resulting from the usage of non-genuine Nespresso capsules.
How much coffee do the Nespresso capsules contain?
The caffeine content may vary for each assortment and is influenced by two major factors: the amount of Robusta used in a capsule (Robusta contains twice as much caffeine as Arabica),as well as the quantity of ground coffee used to prepare the cup. For instance, the caffeine level for Espresso and Gran Lungo sizes ranges from 70 to 150 mg, and for Mug and Alto it may vary from 170 to 200 mg.For Carafe, the caffeine content is between 220 and 250 mg, but this particular coffee size is recommended to be drank in 2 or 3 portions.
