THE MOST INTENSE COFFEE – INTENSE ROASTED NOTES
From the streets of Naples, the local deep-rooted coffee ritual inspired our dark roasting method, which masterfully developed the coffee to an intense degree. Leavened with Robusta, the result is a velvety, creamy cup with an extremely thick body and a pleasant, bitter aftertaste. A tribute to the roasting proficiency of the Italian capital of coffee.
BARISTA CREATIONS Chiaro offers an incredibly smooth taste, with practically no bitterness or acidity, just creamy caramel and sweet biscuit notes when you add milk. This was inspired by Brooklyn baristas who prioritize coffee's natural sweetness in their light roasts.
To achieve Chiaro's sweet and inviting flavor, we split roast the blend at relatively low temperatures for a moderate duration. This method is just long enough to bring out the coffees' inherent sweetness.
After extensive testing, we found that fine Kenyan Arabica interacts beautifully with milk, so we blended it with Indonesian Arabica from Sumatra. Together, these two create the decadent, smooth cup we envisioned for milk-based recipes.
